Cre8 East Africa consists of engaged professionals with an art-educational background and/or have profound knowledge of the East African region. For their participation they do not receive salary on any other allowance.

Ben Hekkema, initiator and general co-ordinator of Cre8, is assisted by a management team, project group, communication group and education group.

In Kenya Cre8 is in contact with a number of people who are active in the field of art and cultural-education. The Cre8 projects are carried out in cooperation with them. They receive a (local) salary or reimbursement.
